Shipping and Returns


Orders are processed between Mon-Fri excluding holidays and we always aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. In case of a delay in processing times due to sale, promotion or stock availability, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. 

We currently deliver across Canada as per below rates or have a pick-up option:

Canada - Ontario & Quebec (2-5 business days)

$10 flat rate for orders under $100
Free shipping for orders over $100

Canada - All other provinces & territories (2-7 business days)

$13 flat rate for orders under $100
Free shipping for orders over $100

In-Store Pick Up

Always feel free to stop by and say hi while picking up your orders at our offline location, conveniently located inside Shops on Yonge with plenty of free parking!  It would usually take up to 2 business to process the order and we will notify you as soon as the order is ready!

United States (5-8 business days)

$15 flat rate for orders under $200
Free shipping for orders over $200

Please kindly note that all duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.



If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by sending us an email at Please provide your name, order number and the reason for return. We will review the request and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

We always make sure to inspect all our items before shipping so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase. In case of a damaged item, please kindly provide us with full description and relevant photos (if applicable).

Please see below conditions of return:

- Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags attached and in the original packaging
- All sale/discounted items, living and accessories are final sale
- If the returned items do not meet above conditions, blanchou holds the right to refuse the refund or exchange request
- kindly note you are responsible for return shipping cost; in case of an exchange, we will notify you by email to agree on a shipping cost


Return by mail

The items must be returned within 2 days of receiving approval confirmation email from us. Please ensure safe return packaging as we are unable to accept returns if the items are damaged or lost in transit. Once we receive your package and items are approved for return, we will refund you the amount in your original method of payment. Please note shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges, you will be receiving an email from us with full instructions on how to proceed.

Return in store

Upon receiving return approval from us, you could also drop off the items at our offline store within 2 days. Exchange can be made directly in store but refunds will be processed as per above process.
