If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by sending us an email at email@example.com. Please provide your name, order number and the reason for return. We will review the request and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
* In-store pick up orders: Please note orders placed with in-store pick up option can be held in store until your convenient time to visit the shop. However, they will be considered as final sale if picked up later than 2 weeks from the day order ready confirmation email is sent.
Pre-order & On-order items
[Pre-order]: All pre-order items are Final Sale as they are considered as special order items. They are not available for exchange or refund. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding pre-order items so we can help you out as best as possible!
[On-order]: On-order items are not final sale unless they were purchased with a promo/discount code. They follow the same conditions of return as our regular in-stock items.
Please see below conditions of return:- Items must be safely returned in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags attached and in the original packaging
- All sale items and orders purchased with a promo code/ discount are final sale (unless they are faulty)
- Swimwear and accessories are final sale
- If the returned items do not meet above conditions, blanchou holds the right to refuse the refund or exchange request
- Kindly note you are responsible for return / exchange shipping cost. Shipping fee to your region will be deducted from the refund if order amount falls below free shipping minimum.
Return by mail
The items must be returned to our store within 14 days of receiving approval confirmation email from us. Please ensure safe return packaging (tracking service is recommended) as we are unable to accept returns if the items are damaged or lost in transit. Once we receive your package and items are approved for return, we will gladly refund the amount in your original method of payment. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.Return address:

Return in store
Upon receiving return approval from us, you could also drop off the items at our offline store within 7 days. Exchange can be made directly in store but refunds will be processed as per above process.
Store Purchase Return / Exchange
Exchange can be made within 7 calendar days if the item is in original condition with tag attached and only with valid receipt. Final Sale on all sale items, socks, hair accessories and home products. Please note we do not offer refund of the items, only exchange or store credit.
Please note discount code cannot be retroactively applied on previous order. We cannot cancel an order placed during a promotion or includes sale items.
We always make sure to inspect all our items before shipping so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase. In case of receiving a faulty item, please kindly contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the order by email. Please provide us with full description and relevant photos so we can assess the situation to make it right. Please note, items must not have been washed or worn.
Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order by contacting us via email as long as the order has not been prepared yet and excludes final sale items. Please note returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee which is not refunded back to us.
